I purchased a new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado on 4/21/22 which was lacking chips for heated steering wheel, heated seats, and Park Assist & Reverse Automatic Braking. I had the heated seats and heated steering wheel installed from JBA. On several occasions, I asked JBA Service about the chip for the Parking assist and each time they told me to wait until GM sends me a letter. On Sept. 19, 2023 I called and spoke with John in service at JBA to please help me with this. John gave me GM direct line when I called Max, the rep. told me the part is not on my vehicle. I told him I have documentation from JBA stating they owe me this on my vehicle. They advised me to contact JBA, which I did the same day. Rocky said he spoke with his manager and there is nothing they can do. I contacted GM and filed a complaint #9-*********95 Rachel from GM ###-###-#### direct line 591-2581. After several days, I was contacted by Rachel to reach out to customer service at JBA. I reached out, spoke with Jim *** at JBA and told him the situation and he said he will see what he can do, that was last Friday, Sept. 29. Jim *** at JBA has not been able to resolve anything for me at this time. I have given JBA more than enough time. I have expressed to Mr. *** that service, as well as Rocky JBA salesman, and manager Joe Fugit all thought I was getting this on my truck. The manager ok'd the three retrofit papers I have from JBA. JBA at no point told me different until on the 19th of Sept. I was informed this by Max at GM. I can understand people make mistakes but this is one JBA put in writing to me and the night of the sale this was part of the deal I made, thinking I was getting this on my vehicle. I believe JBA should make good on this by providing me with service with any GM dealer if they cannot provide the Parking Assist since my truck is not equipped with that part. I explained to Mr. *** I would still be waiting for the install if I didn't push for an answer.

If the vehicle was eligible for the retro fit it would have had a credit on the Monroney sticker.as it states in the document that the consumer has provided. This vehicle is not eligible.

Please have him call me at ###-###-####

I visited the location on June 5, 2022 to look for a vehicle to purchase for my business. I applied for financing through **** and was advised that I was approved for a loan to purchase a 2019 Chevy impala via my business. The terms of the agreement were zero dollars down, no personal guarantee, and at a 10.2 interest rate. These specifics came directly from Ms. ******* in the finance department. I came back on June 7, 2022. I was advised they were no longer going to provide a vehicle for financing but I did not receive adequate documentation or proof for this change of decision. Ms. ******* informed me verbally that the denial was due to the fact that my business was a car rental company, but that is not the case. I own and operate a vending machine company through my business. There was no documentation or proof of where this inaccurate information was gathered from. In addition to that, **** had approved the original loan terms, but Ms. ******* stated that this was withdrawn given the inaccurate description of my company, but there was no documentation that this occurred. Given my concerns, Ms. ******* was unable to help me and transferred me to Mr. Jason ********. I was completely taken aback when his advice was to rudely tell me to "just deal with it". I was then told by him that if I apply for a personal loan in my name as opposed to my business, I would be approved for the loan, but he would still not provide me with any documentation stating what the difference would be in the two loans and how this inaccurate information was obtained. I don't know what type of operation is being conducted. I am not satisfied with how I was treated and nevertheless the verbal information was not sufficient to help me understand why I am not able to no longer obtain a vehicle in my business name. I would like this issue investigated and addressed

That is not an advertisement that wasn't created by my company or authorized. The screenshot provided is not affiliated with or conducted with the type of business industry I am performing, which is retail as advised. Once again, We don't operate a car rental company. At this point you are characterizing the industry as false information as well. Please view our website of the products we provide below click link. You are obtaining information from google with a screenshot and that is not where we operate. This does not justifying that this belongs to my company. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/24) */ I've left a message on the customers cell number. I have not heard back as of yet. The customer has not had his car in our shop since 7/21. We do not have a return or exchange policy that would allow him to return the vehicle after eight months of ownership. If the customer would like to bring the vehicle to our shop we would gladly try to figure out and help to repair the problem.

I drove my car in to jba Chevrolet to find out why my steering wheel will not turn. JBA service department did a diagnostic test to find out what the problems was and when I can in they had a list of everything they said needed to be fixed including things that had nothing to do with my steering wheel turning. So the person working with me asked what's the most important to u to get fixed now that was on the list and I said to put in a new steering column so the steering wheel will turn and he went back to talk to the mechanic and he said no we have to fix everything including shocks brakes and others and the total was 5,300 and I told them I don't have that and the said nothing we can do and also charged me 170 Diagnostic fee

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/18) */ Customer did bring in vehicle, R.O date 2/14 for concern of stabilitrack light coming and steering wheel hard to turn. As well as the transmission is slipping and vehicle will not shift properly with high rev and delayed take off. Also concerned about a loud humming noise.
