10/26/2022 Prime Plumbing was at my home to replace sewage pipes due to a blockage. After several hours the technician knocked on the door and told me the sewage repair was completed but in the process he hit the water line. He said he tried to repair it but it started leaking in another area. He tried repairing that area and it started leaking in another area so it would need to be replaced. He also said it was a pretty good leak. The good news (he said) is that it is covered by the warranty company but I will be responsible for $675 out of pocket to bring it up to code. After several days I could not get Prime Plumbing to confirm a date to come back and repair the leak they caused. I called the warranty company, explained the situation and asked if they could send someone else to repair the water line, which they did. Another companyr (*************************) replaced the water line and I had an out of pocked of $300 which they covered $150 because of some delay they had in repairing. I contacted Prime Plumbing for reimbursement of the out of pocket I had to pay because of their error. I was told Mr. Tim would contact me when he could. He never has contacted me. The warranty company called them for reimbursement of the out of pocket and was told that Prime Plumbing did not cause the leak. They were told the technicians looked for leaks after finishing the job and there where none. Completely conflicting statement from what the technician told me. Seems the technician(s) told the office a completely different story than what they told me. Also, no one from Prime Plumbing ever contacted me to ask about the incident. I would like to be reimbursed the out of pocket expense I had to pay. And to alert consumers to be aware of this company.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/12/15) */ The sewer work for the client was performed by Prime Plumbing on behalf of *************; at the time of the sewer repair, it was necessary to cut out a section of the client's galvanized water line in order to put the trench boxes into place for safety reasons while repairing the sewer. After the sewer repair was completed the mechanic attempted to repair the water line, however due to the age and condition for the existing galvanized line there were additional leaks discovered outside of the excavation area. The leak was reported to ************* as is required by our contract, and it was determined that the entire water line was to be replaced. ************* dictates all policies, costs and out of pockets owed by their customers. As Prime Plumbing's customer service rep did misinform the customer that we would follow back up regarding the "out of pocket" instead of directing the customer to contact ************* directly regarding the charges, we will honor the customer's request of $150 reimbursement in this instance, however any further issues or concerns regarding the services performed would need to be directed to ************* as our contract has been satisfied with them. The Prime Plumbing technician told me that he hit the water line, tried but could not repair it so it would need to be replaced. 11/2021 I put a contract on the house I now own . In 12/2021 the previous owners hired this company to perform underground work . I came late 12/2021 for an inspection at the house and noticed the front yard a mess . The previous owners claimed that they were coming back to fix the front yard . The side was had sinking down and dirt was everywhere it was unsafe to walk on . On 1/2022 I went to closing and the yard was still in the same condition . I began calling and sharing how I wanted this front yard back decent . In March of 2022 they came out and only fixed the sinking Square of concrete. Since then I've called and called , then they had the receptionist advise me that they are only allowed to fix one concrete .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/10) */ Prime Plumbing was contracted by ************* to complete the aforementioned repairs to the existing sanitary sewer line on behalf of the former owner; Prime Plumbing has satisfied the obligations of its contract with ************* and has not been authorized to return to complete any additional restorations or otherwise at the site. The terms of the former owner's policy and what is/is not included as well as what is transferable must be taken up with/discussed with ************* before any additional visits or work can be scheduled by Prime Plumbing. I've a destroyed from yard as a result of this company providing work they did underground . They didn't fix the issues they caused as a result of the work provided . The concrete and grass ( landscaping is a completely travesty. I can't believe they're trying to get out of responsibility! When they came back out they only fix one square of the side walk but it's pretty obvious they destroyed more to complete the job . I've clay and dirt like a mountain left out there to deal with . Why would I pay for what this company fail to fix ? Look at how they left my property and feel that this is ok ? They need a complaint against their license!Initial Complaint

On 7/23/21 ********* sent out prime plumbing to repair a leak at which they knew and confirmed was a leak that was covered on monday. The prime plumbing employee arrived at location sat outside of the location for thirty minutes until a resident of the home stood in the front door. At which then he came took photos saw the leak was where the pipes connected but told ********* the pipe was cracked which was not what the last plumber stated was the issue on 7/19/21 if he didn't want to do the job he should have just said that the homeowner has all pictures showing that the pipe is not crackedBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/26) */ The customer has a policy with a vendor for whom Prime Plumbing LLC is contracted to make plumbing repairs; Prime Plumbing reports the issue as well as any circumstances regarding the issue to the vendor whom determines eligibility for repairs to be covered within their agreement. Any disputes over whether repairs should be or are covered needs to be taken up with customer's vendor; Prime Plumbing LLC cannot make repairs without vendor approval.
