Recd propane delivery not requested on 3/08/2024, delivery ticket shows price per gallon of $ 3.0999, plus Fuel Surcharge, plus Hazmat fee= $221.79. Initially when i called around looking to change propane providers, i spoke with Sharp Energy’s Carolyn ***** who offered me $2.89 9/10ths a gallon fixed price due to my fixed & very limited income. She said complete this form so we can run a credit check & quickly she was verbally impressed with my credit report & said she’d change the fixed price on the form to run credit check to give me fixed pricing of $2.89 9/10ths to help me afford to do business with Shatp Energy as their company REQUIRES them to Install a special type of valve on our furnace which also was an added cost of $200.00 + initially plus each 120 gallon propane tanks for 2 tanks delivered to my residence. Each billed i have paid up till this one price was $2.89 o/10ths a gallon. This delivery on 3/08/2024 was not even 3 or 4 months after prior delivery of propane. Sharp Energy DEMANDS the right to SHARE your data when you oay your bill on-line through their web portal—outrageous!! Exposes customers to more possible security breaches. Not a condition an customer should ever have to REQUIRED/DEMANDED to share. When I encountered an issues after this special value was installed, Carolyn IGNORED my email. Next when i pointed out the initial amount of propane delivered with new tanks was NOT ACCURATELY STATED ON PAPER MY THEIR SERVICE/INSTALLATION MAN. Now when i adjust the amount owed to be in compliance with what Carolyn told me & tell her same thing in an email. She cashed my check for CORRECTED PAYMENT IN FULL, FRONT ON CHECK SAYS PAID IN FULL, ACCOUNT BALANCE NOW .ZERO. Therefore, i owe SHARP ENERGY ET AL ZERO & my account Balance is ZERO. Weather or not Sharp Energy explained all these details with *** ********** ******* is on Sharp Energy, I DO NOT OWE SHARP ENERGY ZERO !Business response

The delay in the response from the company was due to not having access to view customer's concern. I have reached out to the customer and informed her she has a zero balance. We have also set customer up on a plan that works best for her. Customer was given the price of $2.899 on her past deliveries. I will contact customer this upcoming August with our new protection plan price. I believe this concern has been resolved at this time.
