            Since July of 2021 BBB began receiving consumer reports alleging that consumers paid $200-$23,000 for tech support services after receiving an internet pop up sounding an alarm and warning of computer problems that did not exist.

            In March of 2022, BBB initiated an investigation to research these allegations further. Over the course of the investigation, BBB determined that the address the business claimed to operate from is a shopping mall and the business is not listed on the mall directory. BBB also determined that the business is not registered as a business entity in the state of Maryland.

            The business telephone number, email, and website are now inactive.

            Based on these concerns, BBB is unable to verify the legitimacy of this business.

            I believe this company has scammed me as a senior. I received an error message on my computer December 6, 2021, saying I had a virus and that I needed to call the listed number for service. I called the number and the person informed me that he worked with Microsoft and would be able to fix my computer remotely. He requested I complete e-documents for payment of services. My computer then began working properly. The next day I was requested to make three more payments to Neo Cyber LLC. The checks were for $3361.57, $2571.51, and $1366.92. Then their affiliated company My Tech requested that I send them $1000 of Lowe's gift cards. Then on December 14, 2021, I was requested to send $2741.61 to MicroTechnology, $2337.11 to Comm Touch LLC, and $1931.29 to Dial Logic LLC. When I finally mentioned this to my son, I was informed I had just been scammed, considering the fact I could have bought many computers for the amount of money sent to these companies. I would like help getting this money back and stopping this company from harming other people in the future. I don't even know if they uploaded stuff on my computer were they have access to my personal data.
