I had purchased the MLA software from them and could not download the software. I have called to fix it only to get a recording stating to email them. I have emailed them several times with no response.Business response

We contacted the customer and sent alternate download info on 3/18/2024.
We also provided an alternate phone number and a suggestion to call or text us with a good time for us to call the customer.

I ordered their product. I have ordered it before on my other computer and had no problem. This time, the process did not work, so I either want a download that does work or I want my money backBusiness response

Download information was forwarded to the customer on 2/7/2024.
****** frequently does not send download information and we don't get any notification of that problem.
The customer uses Gmail which also frequently blocks download information as spam. We sent the download info two ways. One via automation which tends to get blocked and one from our Microsoft OneDrive account which, thus far has not been blocked as spam.
We apologized for the delay.

The buisiness very quickly contacted me and explained why I had not recieved the product that i purchased, which did much to assuage my concern and initial confusion.
Upon opening a dialogue we were quick to come to an arrangement and an alternative method of delivery was made.
iI now have the product that I ordered and it is in working order.Customer response

I purchase software from Reference Point Software. I did not receive the product and the customer support will not respond to assist or issue a refund. ***********************************************Business response

We will be giving the customer a refund.
We searched for the customer's original email requesting assistance and did not find that email.
My sincerest apologies. I know when you purchase something online we all expect timely responses from the vendor and we clearly did not provide that. Sorry.
