Initially I thought the customer service was good however after Joe May was paid 90% of his money discrepancies were found and noted. Joe comes of cool but poor customer service he is under contract for a panel upgrade and home addition work. Joe placed a surge protector under my panel that's not in st marys county code. The surge protector has to be accessible and its not once the drywall is installed. As a customer I shouldn't have to point this out or order my own parts.Also the new panal is not seated correctly and i have pictures to prove. After several attempts to call and talk to Joe on a clear direct path to fix this he hasn't responded. Bad customer service.

Good afternoon Mr. W******, Thank you for posting your concern. The contract stated that once 90% of the work was completed, 90% of the payment was due. May’s Electrical completed 80% of the work and the remaining 10% was completed by James H***, the additional, unlicensed electrician that was hired by you and on site. Mr. H*** installed the surge protector inside of the drywall. Perhaps this issue should be addressed with him? My company is reputable and has been in business for over 10 years and treats all customers with a high level of respect. Please visit our Google page to view our rating and various customer reviews. As previously mentioned, May’s Electrical didn’t install the surge protector however, as a courtesy, the cost of it will be deducted from the final invoice. Lastly, the rough-in inspection was completed on Friday, May 27th therefore, the balance in full is due to obtain the final inspection.
