October 22 2021 I called for an appointment and told the girl on the phone what I wanted. I got to the salon and while waiting I witnessed one of the stylist argue with a client who came back to retrieve something she left behind. I was asked by the stylist what I was getting done and I told her the color I wanted with a trim and style. She wasn't sure how to do it so she asked two different people who told her two different things. Long story short I didn't end up with the color I wanted but I was okay with that. However, I lost a lot of my hair because of the bleaching that was done. The middle of my head and towards the back is gone. I was told that my total for what I had done was $190 which was ridiculous. My hair fell out , it wasn't even straight and my curls weren't good either. This was my first time here and it was horrible. I got home to discover that more of my hair fell out than I though and I ended up paying $125 instead of the $190 and that's because the woman that did my hair felt so bad about the outcome she was willing to except whatever I wanted to pay. I called to talk to the owner and wasted that they were about to call me to give me a refund. I was given a refund and offered a months worth of treatment for free. I scheduled my first treatment and got just that. The receptionist Imani who was very nice and professional attended to me. She washed my hair and sat me under a hairdryer with a treatment. Afterwards she blew out what little hair I have left and put my hair tie back on it without any hair moisturizer or style. While all of this is happening the owner did not address me to apologize or to offer any complementary haircut or style. I called to schedule my second treatment and was scheduled for a Tuesday and when I showed up for my appointment the shop was closed. No one called me.
