The business is closed in Greenbelt Maryland due to water damage since this time the service has been poor at other locations long wait times on phone service and rude customer service or patient service. each time I call back to speak to someone to resolve an issue the receptionist keep telling me to hold and after holding the phone disconnects line once I call back the same process repeats itself. hold on then disconnects. I was also told by receptionist that I would have to pay $150.00 to get a letter of authorization from the Doctor for my employer for returning back to work after being injured at work. I don't understand why I would have to pay anything like that. as a patient and consumer, I don't think is fair to charge me for a letter to return back to work after seeing the Doctor previously the day before requesting letterCustomer response
