      I came to purchase a vehicle from King Motors on a Friday and they told me the car would be ready on the following Tuesday due to a head light being out. They informed me on Tuesday that the car was not ready and to come get it the following day. I returned to the dealership and asked can I do a test drive and drove the car not even 1 mile and the car shut down on me and would not start. I have not signed a contract for the vehicle and they are telling me that the sale is final for a vehicle that is a lemon. I do not feel comfortable purchasing from this car dealership and ask that they return my funds or buy the car back from me as it is not in working condition.

      I was provided a temporary registration but the car is registered in Maryland, I live in Pennsylvania. My state will not allow me to get the car inspected until they transfer the title from MD to PA. Every time I call they tell me they don't do that and will NOT do it! I get the run around and unprofessionalism every time I try to contact them, they transfer my call from person to person and refuse to resolve this very simple issue. They lied on the paperwork how much I paid, so there's no telling if the car is legit...why else would they withhold the title? I have been attempting to get this from them for the last 3.5 months.

Her vehicle has, in fact, been registered and titled in Pennsylvania. She received temporary tags and registration from the State of Maryland, as this is where the vehicle was purchased and the transfer process needed to be completed. She was called two weeks after purchasing the vehicle and informed her tags were ready for pick-up. Hello, I was provided temporary tags in Maryland which were denied in PA, I was told the car needed to be registered in my state. When I requested the PA registration from King Motors I was given excuses. I was NEVER told I could pick up any registration or other paperwork for the vehicle. I live 2 hours away and have requested action for many months, I get hung up on, called names, and threatened. The owner of King Motors said the only way I will get my paperwork (this was a week before my complaint) is if I take down my complaint with the BBB. This place has been flagged for being fraudulent by many people and I am currently dealing with a lawyer on the matter. I am not going to deal with the lies and deception. I think it speaks volumes that they took over a month to respond to even your company and now want to play these games. I have a witness from one of the places I took the car to 1.5 months after it was purchased, who engaged in a conversation with Shaf that I needed a registration for my state...Shaf argued with the man that they should be able to use the temporary MD registration, not once did he say, you're having a hard time let me get you something for your state. No, I have to waste all my time complaining to get any action from this company. Not only that they keep calling my daughter to make their threats instead of me, probably because she's young and easily rattled. The car is in my name and if they have anything further to say it needs to go to my lawyer, the one whom they were very nasty to as well! Thank you, Christina ********

      I bought a vehicle from king motors in spring of 2021, it was a 2016 Acura tlx. I purchased GAP and a extended warranty with them. I recently traded the vehicle in July of 2022 and was advised that I was due a refund from the dealer. I went to king motors to start refund process in July and have been back to inquire about the refund three times and not have received it or a an update.

Finance company and/or Gap/Warranty companies are responsible for providing refunds to the customer, not selling dealers. Please contact your Finance Company for any refunds due.

      I brought a suv from kings motors less them 30 days ago and the 2 Nd day the engine light came on so I went back and they kept telling me it's nothing it's already fixed and I'll be ok they never fix the problem the engine racing and transmission jumping it had bad brake all around vehicle need oil change they kept saying it didn't I didn't get my hard tags he said he holding them until I give him 2000 more dollars I gave him 2000 already he got money from finance company they lie about everything this company is a scam and I'm getting lawyer to get my money back

However, the customer had driven the vehicle more than 10K miles with-in 30 days by doing Uber/Lyft and messed up the transmission. We fixed the transmission on the vehicle at no cost to the customer. There was also NO balance owed by customer and tags were given to customer as soon as they were processed by Motor Vehicles. Customer is Bi-polar. All paperwork is in black and white.

      I purchased the car on may 17 2021 didn't get my paper work until June 2021 I don't have a idea about my warranty or nothing now my car making noise I take it back and he said to buy extended warranty this was going on when I got the car he knew this so I took my car to the mechanic and they my rear suspension is mess up so now I have a car payment and I can't afford 3000.00 to fix the car and the man at the dealership I believe he is the owner he name is shaft he telling me to call insurance company or and basically do illegal things also I just referred my boyfriend to him 2 months ago now he have a Nissan Altima 2016 they can't drive because the engine went up this is wrong someone need to stop him

      They sold me a car in October 2021 on my birth day November 5th the car shut off me while I'm driving, I took it to the mechanic he told me that car engine was done so I took the car back to kings motor they owner name Shaff told me that I'm the reason why that engine defect knowing he sold me the car just like that with out text driving it or anything he just start doing the paper work and gave me the vehicle what kind of dealership does that ? I would never for the rest of my life recommended anybody I know to get a car from kings motor, I'm making payments on the car that's just sitting outside my house with a mess up engine just after a month of buying it plus paying insurance.

We offered him an option to our Body Shop, then through King Motors Service to have everything fixed; because of the accident he had to go through his insurance company and not warranty company. Customer declined all services.

      I purchased a vehicle from King Motors. 2 days later the car broke down. They explained that my car is under full warranty and will be fixed. Since I have purchased the vehicle I have only driven the vehicle for a total of 17 days since Jul 8th. I have spent over 4,000 on transportations and they still have my vehicle and it has not been fixed.

She had some electrical issues that were caused by the accident, she took the vehicle to our service department where it was fixed and to date we haven't heard of any other issues. I was not in an accident when I got the car. 2 days later the car broke down. From the electrical issues that where preexisting. I have video footage of the car breaking down from electrical issues. During the car being on the side of the road a car side truck the vehicle. One had nothing to do with the other.
