Have not received payment for work performed. They have two outstanding invoices with us. 1 invoice due back on 9/30/2021 and another due back on 1/30/2022. We've called and spoken to the owner/manager numerous times throughout this time and still have not received payment. - Invoice **** was due on 9/30/2021 for $385.00 - Invoice **** was due on 1/30/2022 for $220.00Business response

The charges described in this complaint are incorrect. On the other hand, the disputing client company lacks skilled and competent staff and techs to service computer as was asked from them. Not only their staff did not know to fix computer but they also also took one of our thumb drive with data on it and then denied they took it. Their other tech came and walked out and told us she could not help us.
On top of all that the company billed us for service which they never rendered or know how to render.
They should compensate us for loss of our precious time and useful data.Customer response

In regards to the comments provided by Dr. ****** *****: ***** ******** ******** (*****) has had a reputation for high-quality work over a 20-year period, as indicated in the nearly 400 5-Star reviews, and ***** maintains detailed records of work completed. Invoice **** is for troubleshooting and resolving issues with a Ubiquity Access Point that was not correctly issuing DHCP. *****'s technician successfully completed the programming of that access point, restoring wireless access to the location. Invoice **** is for troubleshooting an issue with a failing computer that could not support Windows 10, while under the careful observation of Dr. *****. Due to the age and issues with the computer, the ***** technician recommended Dr. ***** replace the computer. Information was backed up from the failing computer onto a flash drive which was provided to Dr. *****. Once the new computer arrived, ***** technicians assisted with installing software, but the backed-up data could not be recovered because Dr. ***** could not locate the flash drive. ***** ******** ******** provided services in good faith and expects to be compensated for work completed without undue libel aimed at the organization or *****'s technicians.
