I made a purchase from Tvidler Ear wax removal on 12/23/22. I wanted to only purchase 2 sets of the product for 35.96. After my purchase was complete (or I thought) multiple products add Ons kept popping up. Stating these additions were 70% off for the holiday. I did not want any of these add on's and there was no option to not purchase but there was a 70% off "button" so my thought was this was just for the original product. Many of these add on's kept coming up and I just kept clicking the 70% off button because there was not a "no" option. I just wanted to get to my order confirmation which is the only reason I kept going through all these pages. A summary page for my order never came up so I eventually just closed the website. Thinking I would get an email for my purchase. This did confirmation did not come until the next day (attached). A few minutes later I received multiple deduction notices from paypal totaling $152.79. I could not find contact information for Tvidler , so I immediately went through paypal to dispute as I was hoping this would cancel the order, but it arrived anyway. I then finally found their contact information and requested return instructions. The merchant now keeps saying I must work with them through Paypal but they are not making any comments there. I asked to just reply to me as no actions are being taken on their part through Paypal and they refuse to respond. I have checked my paypal account daily and there are no messages or actions from them. All I want is to return the unopened products and get a refund. As a customer I have a right to return products for a refund, but they refuse to answer me.Initial Complaint

Tvidler's website was difficult to navigate and kept offering incentives to purchase additional ear wax removal tools. I would up getting some 8 kits and extra handles before I found a way to stop it. I closed the site, but they went ahead and completed my order and charged me around $163 on my CC. When I looked into the return policy, they expected me to ship the unwanted goods to Lithuania! Doing so would cost most of the net funds.Initial Complaint

On September 2, 2022, I considered making a purchase for an ear wax cleaner for $29.95. I noticed that a 2nd cleaner was in my cart. I had not put it there. I found no way to edit my cart. I suspected this was a scam co. and decided to delete these items from my cart. I hit the prompt, hoping for a chance to finalize my purchase, but it went through instead. I immediately called CS and was told my order would likely be cancelled. It was not. I received 2 ear wax cleaning kits on Sept 17. I opened 1 box hoping I would be happy. I am not. Very cheap, useless product. Customer service will refund me only $2.99 (%15 of the 2nd box THAT I DIDN'T ORDER!). I requested a return shipping label. Return shipping to Lithuania will cost a min. of $14.11, then I will be charged 15% for restocking. Even this is a deceptive way to dissuade customers from returning the product. My items shipped from NY. My net refund would be only about $3. This is all a scam. This company is deceptive and unjust, and the public should be protected from it.Initial Complaint

Tvidler.com, the official company should be Tivdlerofficial.com, after researched but it takes you back to tivdler.com, something fishy. I have signed up for ******** discount via email to receive coupons for discounts. I received a discount coupon for ear wax remover for $29.95 plus shipping $9.95. Placed One order by credit card on April**, 2022, saw it flashed as $29.95 plus shipping. Paid US dollars, should be Cda. Invoiced was duplicated and over priced, coupon not honoured. Informed Tivdler's customer service, but the order could not be changed, it could only be done after received shipment and 15% restocking charges for return. I pleaded and even called to speak with someone higher in management but was refused contact information. I cannot afford to return the product, its going to Lithuania, its costly, via air and land. See attached, coupon, invoice, returned address. Also, many customers were duped into this deal, ripped off in reviews. Also, my bank was informed of illegal transactions but still waiting for reply, its been a month. My package is wrapped ready to ship, but can't afford, or even trust it will reach its destination, please help! Hope you can stop this corruption and greed, and expose this company. Please look into this scam, taking advantage of honest customers and ripping them off! Thanks
