My complaint is almost identical to other two commentators. This is a FRAUD.
I ordered one, was billed for four; I immediately called the "customer service", The agent, a female with initial C, said it would be corrected. I asked then how log would the order take, she said 3-4 weeks. At that point, I said, "Cancel it all" .C said I would've to pay for return postage and 15% re-stocking fee! I said nowhere in their ad stated about it, this is a fraud, I'll contact BBB. I wanted a call back from a supervisor asap. Three days later never heard from supervisor as expected.
Two days later, I see my order was shipped, with 4 units. I called the number (which I had retained from previous call in the area 914), same person C answered, to say it was already shipped, advising not to open the package, I pay for the return shipment, etc etc. I contacted my credit card company to dispute payment today 6/30/2022, and I wish BBB takes strong stance on this dubious company.Review from Evelyn T

I agree with the previous reviewer that I ordered one of their systems, but they immediately charged my account for a total of five, so theoretically, they took money from my account that I did not agree to. When I contacted them immediately, they said it was too latethat the item had already shipped!! Within 30 seconds?!! I was advised to return the product for a refund postage on me. I did not pursue, but figured so could warn the next person.Review from Herschell V

Tvidler product spiral cleaner set They charged so much more Han the price advertised. And I had a hard time getting my money back from them. I only ordered 1 item for $19.95 and got charged $64.91 4x. They refunded only 1 $64.91, but the rest were not refunded. I filed discrepancy on my bank and I contacted the company, but not getting explanation of their charges.
