              I am trying to return a pair of Columbia $90 women's boots. In order to exchange for a different size, I would still need to pay for shipping between $45 to $55. This is ridiculous! I live on the West coast and there is no store to return them too. I have even tried other businesses and they won't return for a different size because I bought from a 3rd party store. They will not call me back and have finally emailed me to tell me I have to pay shipping! I am so upset that I cannot get a real person to talk to. NEVER do business with Super Shoes. I've learned a very expensive lesson!
