Only thing wrong with my vehicle when I took it to them was the parking brake needed adjusted. I also asked them to replace a few rubber oil lines with metal lines (and change the oil and filter since it would need to be drained to change the lines) and also check the side of the bumper for a broken clip, it was popping out about 1/8 inch. I provided all genuine Toyota parts, oil and filter. They called four hours later and said my vehicle was ready. I paid and when I went outside and started my vehicle the check engine light was on. I went back in and they determined that whoever did the oil lines forgot to plug a sensor back in. Okay. Stuff happens, no big deal. They plug in the sensor, car runs fine and I drive it back to work to finish my day. I leave from work with my window down and now hear the driver rear wheel making a scraping, rubbing sound. Okay, it wasn't doing that when I took it in and that is probably the wheel they had to adjust the parking brake on. So I call back and leave a message at the shop but they are already closed. I also texted and left a message at the owners personal cell number later that evening. I get home and look under the car to make sure the oil lines they replaced were okay and there is oil all over the splash shield under my car and spattered toward the back. Not what you want to see when you had two oil lines changed. So I had to remove the splash shield, pressure wash it and then clean up the underside of the car so I could determine if it was leaking or if they spilled some oil while changing the filter and just didn't bother to clean it up. Also at this time, on the edge of the bumper that I asked them to check for a broken clip, I notice that the screw holding the edge of the bumper on was sticking half out of the screw hole. I wait for a call back the next day and none was made. I call again and leave messages two days later on Friday and no return call. I even drive back to the shop at 3:30 and they were already closed and locked up. Over the weekend I removed the rear wheel to see if it was something simple rubbing and making the noise and they had the lugs nuts so tight that there was smoke coming out of my impact trying to get them off. At this point I have given up on them. I took my vehicle to Toyota and spent $400 fixing everything they had broken on my non-broken vehicle. The Toyota tech said the parking brake had a broken bolt, was missing springs and was put back together incorrectly. They had to replace the whole parking brake on what should have been an easy adjustment. Quite frankly, I am also scared to death they didn't do the oil lines correctly but they seem to be okay at this point. I guess time will tell. It's a shame because I took my previous vehicle to them and they did a good job, did it fast and at a good price. So be forewarned, pricewise they can't be beat but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.
