I was getting my engine in my 2006 Infiniti g35 replaced with a new engine. Me and the guy talked about what was going to be faster so I can get my car back we both agreed on replacing the engine. We agreed on I would give him $1,200 to do the job. I had to give him $600 to get the new engine. I gave him $100 on September 4th 2021. Than I gave him $450 on September 10th 2021. Than $50 on September 11th 2021. Two weeks after September the 11th he told me he just picked the new engine up. That two weeks after he told me that it needed a new head and he would pick one up the next day. On October 1st 2021 he asked he could I send him $250 so he could get new gaskets, plugs, and fluid. I told him I can send him it on October 8th 2021 and that's what I did. On October 11th I asked him if the car was still going to be ready on October 15th he said yes the only thing he have to do is put the new gaskets on to the motor. I never got a call saying it was ready, I texted him and ask was the car going to be ready later that day witch was October 17th 2021 he said no I don't think so I'll let you know. I texted him on October 19th 2021 stating that I really needed my car on October 22nd 2021 so I could get to work. Than at 3:00pm October 19th 2021 I called him and he told me the car engine had locked up and he had checked for codes that was on the car and told me it needed new sensors and he was going to take the new engine back and get a another one because the engine had a warranty. He asked if I could send him money to get new sensors, I gave him $175 on October 22nd 2021. I texted October 25th and ask if my car would be done the next day he said he was working on it and he would let me know. So he never got back to me and I texted and call saying you never got back to me is the car ready he said that it rained last night and it wouldn't be ready I asked him to just refund me the money that I sent him witch was $1,025 he said he was broke and could not send me my money back.Initial Complaint

I sent my car to this shop because of over heating problems and they total destroyed it switching old parts from another car and putting it into mines added scratches to my bumper cracked my front window shield stole things that were inside and had my vehicle for a very long time kept pushing my pick up date back for months
