Very bad experience with Supreme to put it mildly. They installed a water heater about 3 years ago. The hot water connector started leaking within a year! Recently they installed an exhaust for the heater that was not to code as attested by *** folks. It had to be re-installed. When we complained to Supreme about it they wouldn't reply despite reminder. Their lack of concern for safety and quality is alarming. AnthonyReview from Dottie G

When l called Supreme they said they were knowledgeable and familiar with my hybrid type of water heater and could fix it or tell me what was wrong. They also would charge $49.00 to come out which would go towards the repair. When the technician arrived he said "what is that on the top of it". He had never seen a hybrid water heater before and had no idea what to do. He called his manager who immediately tried to sell me a new one at a high price. I said no and paid the $49.00 to be rid of him. Supreme is scam. They take advantage of older people l being 80. They should be written up at the Better Business Bureau as such. They are doing a terrible disservice to all plumbers and giving them a bad name. They are a worthless SCAM!!

Do your homework on Supreme Service. The Technicians and Day Dispatchers are fantastic. If you are looking for a money saver, then this is NOT your product. Some misleading things. The initial warranty we were told was 25 years on the unit and 50 on the ground piping. The 25 years was actually the salesman adding each 5 year and 10 year warranty to make 25 years.
I would say about half of my unit has been replaced. Switches and computer elements, internal piping, heater core, main hard drive and I'm sure i'm forgetting something. Even the tax credits aren't worth it. The amount that you save on your monthly energy bill does not compare to the amount you will be spending in maintenance and repair. There is nothing inexpensive about a ************ unit. And best of luck if something does happen that is Supreme's fault. YUP, you are still going to be paying for it because they know that you have too buy the parts to get the system operational and you have no choice, or be cold or be hot. They truly don't care.

You tried to charge me for Parts and Labor that were both under warranty and were supposed to be free. We have a 10/10 warranty from ************ which covers parts and labor. We have looked through our past invoices and realized this has happened before. We are done with your scam.Supreme Service Today Response

UNPROFESSIONAL CRIME SYNDICATE. They forged my signature on a document and said it was no big deal because that was their normal business practice. They are terrible people who really don't care about the customer at all. I contacted the AG's office. They should not be in business anywhere.Review from Adnan K

You'll pay a higher price and risk significant damages to your house. Supreme Service Today is quick to show up, but that's all that can be said about them. For any inspection they do they will quickly see a replacement job where they can make quick $$ and miss other parts that a 2 minute look over would prevent thousands in property damage. I paid $1000 to have a sump pump replaced and was rewarded by $3000 and counting of damage to my property because they didn't inspect the sump discharge line prior to turning on the new pump. They thanked me with another high quote to fix the line, not even a discount on the repair! Be very, very careful.
