    I was issued a CPAP machine in December 2020. I was told by a rep from America's Healthcare at Home (AHCAH) made a falsified claim that after 13 months, I will no longer be billed for the device because I will own it. THIS IS A LIE. I didn't know that I was renting it all this time. Phillips recalled their CPAP machines in March 2022, because the devices were cancer causing. When I contacted customer service at AHCAH in March 2022, I was told not to use ** current CPAP device, register the original CPAP device with Philips and wait for a replacement. On 8/29/22, I sent the original CPAP to Respironics, Inc. 1001 Murry Ridge Lane, Murrysville, PA XXXXX. See attached FedEx for proof of delivery. Though I have barely used the new device that was returned, I have reservations of using another CPAP device, not knowing if there will be another recall in the future. Plus, I have attempted to explain many times upon calling AHCAH ph# (XXX) XXX-XXXX that I'm unable to sleep soundly with the CPAP device over ** nose and face. It causes insomnia, preventing ** from sleeping at al. Every time I called AHCAH customer service to return this device, they made it very difficult, were very defensive over the phone and passive-aggressively denied making arrangements to return it. I cannot coordinate an in-person return of the CPAP device because: I am disabled, do not own a vehicle, unemployed and live over 300 miles from Baltimore, **. AHCAH committed insurance fraud , charging ** and many customers when Philips recalled their CPAP devices and you wrongfully billed ** for a device that was not in use during the recall, as I waited for a replacement. I was told c/s rep at AHCAH not to use the device effective March 2022. Attached is a copy of ** payment history. I want a refund in exchange of the returned CPAP, serial # CTXXXXXXXXXXC, replacement model# XXXXXXC. I cumulatively paid ******** USPS trckng# XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX for returned CPAP.

    Gave it 1, but if I could, I'd give it zero stars. Communication with this company is very poor. They have not provided me with supplies for my CPAT machine all year. Was unable to reach them so I had to contact my Dr., Employee benefits and insurance company to get through to them. They finally communicated with me. However, I get different info from each person I speak with. They have a copy of my credit card on file to do automatic payments to cover copays; however, they have not taken it out. I recently learned I was not getting equipment because i had unpaid balances. Unable to reach anyone to talk to as each person I speak to handles a different dept. When I am connected to someone to speak with, they comprehension and delivery of the English language is so poor, they have difficulty sticking to the focus of the conversation that I am unable to communicate with am unable to comprehend what they are saying. - Right now there is a CPAT machine my Dr. ordered, has been authorized and paid for by my insurance company that they have not yet delivered to me because they claim I owe an overdue balance that I have not been able to talk with anyone about.
