I would not recommend this company; they are far more worried about watching their online reviews than providing good customer service. I was genuinely surprised at my experience compared to the many positive reviews and the attentiveness Melissa (owner) portrays in responding to reviews. I found once I had signed on as a client, I received significantly less and lower quality communication. In addition, there was a ton of misleading information and confusion about their processes and I ended up bouncing between a few different staff people all who gave me different information. I was disappointed especially with the leasing agent (Chris) who showed up late and unprepared to our meeting. He hadn't reviewed any comps or details or information related to my house and after the meeting did not initiate the next steps in the process until I reached out to the owner with my concerns. I never heard from Melissa again after requesting a statement confirming zero balance was due but did receive an invoice for payment from the company a week later. Never got a response from my reply or inquiry about that either.

They acted nice but after 2 months of working with them, they quit on the day that the tenant was moving in. They fumbled with simple property management issues. The house plumbing was damaged by the cleaners. Owner had to pay $300 for an issue which occurred while the property manager should have had control.
