Honestly trying to leave a bad review for the McConnellsburg office. So this is for the McConnellsburg office. Still ran by the same guy from my understanding. This office has been nothing but horrible to me and was very unprofessional. The management specifically is who I'm referring to specifically. They wouldn't leave me alone and kept trying to force me to see one provider and one provider only and switched me to another one without my knowledge. I kept being treated differently than everyone else. The manager Crystal kept trying to force me to talk to her when it came to scheduling an appointment with a provider and she also was looking at all the notes that had been left by me to my provider. The way higher up management was acting super weird. He was talking to me like I was in a legal court case with him when all I was doing was trying to get information regarding why I was being treated the way I was being treated. They tried multiple times to twist my words and failed. I even when calling to make sure all my records had been transferred over to the new office I am going to now, I called and a woman answers and says that the reason they transferred my records so fast was because I "Turned them in" to the owner of all the facilities. Never mentioned the front desk staff to him or any specifics of what they were doing, again another lie in which the management was trying to manipulate the front desk staff to believe I am the one responsible for this whole entire situation. No that's simply not true had the management actually been decent and reasonable people we would've gotten matters worked out in no time and there would be no bad review or anything regarding their bad behavior towards me. Also just a side note the manager at the fulton county office tried to insinuate that I had a crush on my provider which is not only super manipulative but also super untrue. So did the owner he tried to make me out to be a creep when that's simply not the case.
