I planned a bus trip to Pennsylvania for my church group of 54 people. I contracted with Dillon for our transportation. The contract stated that they would pick up my group at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2023 at Monsignor Slade School parking lot in Glen Burnie, Md and arrive at Bird In Hand Restaurant at 12:00 and then be transported to ***** *** ***** ******* in Lancaster, MD for a 3:00 PM show. We paid a $200 deposit in February and $1340.00 in August. Both checks have cleared our bank. At 10:00 AM the bus had not arrived. When I called Dillon I was told that I did not have a contract. I provided them with the contract number. After 20 min they found my contract and agreed to send a bus. The bus arrived at 11:00 AM. The restaurant was able to accommodate us. However, we had to hurry through lunch and had no time to stroll the grounds or shop before leaving for the show. No one from Dillon, except our driver, apologized for this. Our driver was excellent and we have no complaints about her. I called them four times in the days following the trip and no one returned my calls. My guests were mostly senior citizens who were standing in the heat waiting for the bus. It created anxiety, knowing that they had paid $125 each for the trip and not being sure if it would take place. It was stressful and upsetting and then they had to rush through lunch. I believe that we deserve to be compensated for this incident. I am asking for a $400 reimbursement for our inconvenience.Business response

Complaint was addressed with a phone call conversation with customer. There was a clerical error with their contract which caused the contract to be inadvertently cancelled. It was agreed that a credit will be forwarded to their next trip.Initial Complaint

The bus driver of the 240 5am route has targeted me for some reason and usually finds a way to yell at me for something. Today, I was the last one in line and she shut the door before I could hit on so knocked on the door and then stepped in front of the bus so she could see me. She opened the door and when I boarded, she yelled at me. This is not the first time she has shown her attitude. She seems out of control.
