      I made a purchase through a company (******** *****) they sent the package through TForce Logistics. The package never arrived. They said they attempted to deliver the package, but did not actually do so (on 11/4). I have called them everyday since the 6th to try to understand where my package was. They continued to tell me they were escalating the claim and that someone would call me in 24 hours. The call never happened. There was never a supervisor available. Then today (11/10) they said they delivered the package. When I called they said they don’t know where the package was actually delivered to - that the driver didn’t put a picture where they dropped it off at. They then, again said that they have to escalate the claim. Now my package is lost.

      Hello, I am reporting Tforce and **** *** *****. I purchased a bracelet from **** *** ***** order # ********* However, Tforce has stated they delivered it on 2/13/2023. I quickly reached out to TForce and notified them that I did not receive the package and I would like picture proof of delivery- they sent me a picture of a door that is not mines. I sent them a email with pictures of my actual home and also called *** 5th and reported to them as well. I have created 3 claims with *** **** and they continue to not approve my claim (even with pictures proof of what my actual home looks like) They state they are NOT approving my claim due to Tforce stating it’s delivered. I have asked Tforce to adjust the delivery status- yet, they are not helping either. I am not responsible with a purchase of a bracelet that is no where to be found but Saks and Tforce are not helping with resolving Tforce tracking number ****************** I am providing picture of my home that shows 6020, and picture of Tforce “delivery confirmation” also picture of my constant communication with Saks

      On November 30, 2022, I ordered a coat from www.saksoff5th.com for a total of $312.69. On 12/8/22, the coat had not arrived and I reached out to TForce Logistics, the shipping company listed regarding shipment #T10000849189863813. The company indicated that there was a delay and that my coat would be delivered in a few days. On 12/19/22, the coat was still not delivered. At that time I reached out to Saks Off 5th to inquire about next steps. I was told that the coat was likely lost in transit and I would hear back about next steps within **** days. On 12/23/22, I received emails from Saks Off 5th and TForce Logistics indicating that the package had been delivered. I was working from home on that date and went outside to check for the package immediately upon receipt of the emails; however, there was no package delivered. I checked our security cameras and there were no delivery persons on our property at the time of the stated delivery. I checked with our neighbors and our package was not delivered to any of them. Within the hour of receiving the confirmation email, I reached out to both Saks off 5th and TForce Logistics to alert them of the inaccurate delivery confirmation. As of today 12/28/22, TForce has not been able to provide proof of delivery and **** Off 5th refuses to refund the money paid for an item that I have never received.

      TForce logistics failed to deliver my package that was ordered from SAKS. I have reached out to the business on multiple occasions and they have ignored me trying to get this resolved. The driver never delivered my 350 dollar bottle of Bacarat Rougue 540. I even provided the proof from survelliance camera footage. Driver took some random picture Of the sky.       On July 5th T Force Logistics Received my package from Zara tracking ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The expected delivery date was July 6th. I reached out three times through their online "inquire about this shipment" box. All responded with the same info. that the package was delayed and they had no info. https://direct.tfesg.com/finalmiletrack/track/externalTracking.jsp?trackingNumber=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX thats the link to my package tracking. There is no information to call them on their website but I was able to google the customer service number XXX-XXX-XXXX. I spoke to a rep who claimed to email the actual branch about getting me info. I asked them to place me on hold and call instead and was eventually hung up on. I just want my package. I want accountability of my $300 worth of clothing. I looked up their Jessup location and found terrible reviews about other customers. I just want my package.

      I've contacted the company numerous times about my package and was promised more than once it would be delivered on the dates I made the phone calls, it hasn't come in the 7 days I was told it would be delivered. The last time I called the women promised a driver had my package and it was out for delivery, never came. This company is extremely unreliable and there are multiple complaints of people experiencing the same issues as me. I've never experienced this with any other shipping company. I do not appreciate being lied to, more than once by this company. I have no clue how they're in business. The items I ordered were for a vacation, and I now don't have them for the trip because Tforce did not deliver it like they said they would 7 days in a row! I'm not one to complain, but this has been the most frustrating experience and I've received zero help from the company, other then people telling lies to get me off the phone.
