Horrible product couple with terrible customer service. Handle bent so won't slide down. Bag is less than a year old. Many emails/time/photos later they finally send a new handle in a mismatched color. What is wrong with this company???Review from Kim B

i have a Delsey carry on piece that i love. it's only two years old and the telescoping handle came apart. i emailed customer service and was instructed to take to a local luggage repair shop. the repair shop told me Delsey said i needed to fill out a repair form online. i could not find the form. i emailed and tried to call. i received an email stating there was no form-just take the luggage to the repair shop. i tried calling customer service but could not connect with anyone. i waited on hold for 30 minutes then was cut off. the repair shop said Delsey emailed them that i needed to fill out a form. Very frustrating. Do not buy Delsey luggage.Review from Pamela S

“Bad choice” I should have read these before making this bad decision to purchase Delsey checkin bag.. the Angora color first thinking oh this looks nice great for fashionable arrivals also smooth and light weight then changed my mind 5 minutes later.. thought wait , its gonna get all marked up as I catch flights often. Tried to cancel quick sent an email to Delsey luggage customer's service no response with time running out , I went ahead purchased brown set checked, carryon back pack and tote from ******... after 10 emails to Delsey to get return label , faulty glitch saying try again for return label as if I had my email wrong only to find out they were on an automated system.Its been almost 30 days automated feedback not addressing issue as if they were waiting on me to stop, they stalled because I won’t get it back to them in time . I had to turn up the heat telling them I copied these request it’s all documented days and times begging to send another form of return label I was about to turn them over to BBB . I mean who wants 2 of the same kind ? Then someone emails shipping address last few days I’m On my way to wedding out of country need the angora bag sent back for refund they said will refund but shipping is on Me ??post official quoted $117.00 to return a $315.00 luggage that now I see won’t guarantee return refunds either. I’m so out done .. & have to keep it or to sell it but had I known I would not have chosen business with this company and it’s bad customer service support! ! . Was proud of the look was gonna send others to the brand but One star is too much for the way I feel about them now and Delsey who ever she is don’t give a care at all .. .. she got my money I got her luggage like it or not it was just a bad deal gone worse about customer satisfactions or support.????nonsense I bet I learned Today and telling everyone I know DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DELSEY. Unless you’re sure of everything first . Didn’t know they had bad quality either .Review from Francis G

Their customer service is non-existent. Over the course of seven business days, I sent questions ( via Let's Chat) about a luggage style at least 4 times--with no response, or with a robo response that didn't begin to answer my question. The questions were prompted by the fact that I found their website to be very confusing with respect to clearly delineating various colors and accurate prices. When I called their customer service phone number two separate times, I held for 5 to 7 minutes, before I was told that the mail box of customer service was full. I purchased a brand new 25” Delsey Aero for a trip over seas. One of the wheels broke. The suitcase is now currently over 90 days and I have made two attempts to contact Delsey for a replacement wheel. This is unacceptable. The plastic handle broke on my Delsey. I have a 10-year warranty. I've filled out an online Warranty support two weeks ago. I've sent a followup email form my work to customerservice email one week ago and another one today. I've called the toll-free number in which I can NEVER get hold of a single contact as it goes to a hold for 12 minutes and then says the IP extentionmailbox is full and hangs up. It says to press 0 and then automatically hangs up. I've tried the MD directgly number listed by BBB but it is the same process at the toll free number. This is an endless loop of getting nowhere. My patience is gone. This is beyond frustrating as my bag is in great condition EXCEPT the handle is useless. I need a full extension handle replacement for my June 28, 2021 purchase of a Sky Max Exp 2-Wheel Carry-On. The nearest repair center is in Las Vegas and I'm in Scottsdale, AZ. Delsey Luggate is impossible to get hold of and has a non-supportive customer service experience. The warranty process can't even begin if you can't hear back from the company.Review from Hillary D

I purchased the Chatelet Air 2.0 28" Check-In Spinner from ****'s in late Nov 2022. After one trip, the wheel broke. I submitted a warranty request (#*****) on 26Jul2022, until today 28Aug2023, no one has reached out to me about this issue. I also made multiple calls to them, but no one answered. They made me waited on the phone for hours then sent me to an extension that didn't have a person receive the call. This company is terrible and doesn't honor their warranty. ****'s was not much help either. They told me to wait for the Delsey to contact me. Should I wait month after month until the warranty runs out? A waste of money and time in my opinion. I would never buy from Delsey again.Review from Da C

I ordered a Chavel Suitcase Large. I did a quality check on the suitcase I was send a suitcase with a peice of the zipper teeth inside the suitcase. The suitcase was also hard to open also cause the zipper gets stuck sometimes. I thought suitcases glide open so easily, and I hated the color. Calling was out because nobody answers the phone and they got different types of emails and I do not know which one to contact for a real person. And its weird how they send the suitcase to me under 24 hours but doesn't even make the time to do quality check. Also nobody does lugagge repairs anymore? Who does that. I want to make a switcheroo on my suitcase, but I feel like I won't have a proper answer from them. What a waste of time and money.Delsey Luggage Response

If any issues arise in the future, you will just need to locate one of warranty repair centers here: https://us.delsey.com/pages/repair. This company is horrible. I purchased the delsey spinner luggage 3 years ago and all of a sudden the shell cracked near the wheel and the handle will not go down. Any interaction I've had with customer service has been terrible. They take days to respond and like others have said, they don't even address your question/issue and I think it is so you just give up and leave them alone. I used their website to find a repair shop and both of the repair shops I contacted said they don't do repairs for delsey anymore because the company never reimburse them for the repairs...RED FLAG. I contacted customer service and told them about this and all they did was copy and paste the same repair shops from their website. I then asked who would be responsible to pay for a replacement if the item could not be repaired and they just keep repeating the same information to me which doesn't even answer the question I am asking. Their warranty is a joke - they will repair/replace for free if its a manufacture defect otherwise, you pay for it all yourself. That's not a warranty - almost every single company wold replace a faulty item. I would avoid this company and would not suggest purchasing from them.Review from Matthew W

Ordered a 3 piece luggage set and they sent me a single piece that’s not even part of the set. Multiple messages into them and zero response. You can’t even get a live person on the phone-they are possible the worst company I have ever dealt with and caution anyone from ordering their product. Heaven forbid there is an issue because nobody will call you back.
