Recruiters are constantly on top of applicants and annoying as can be. First calling every so often to ensure applicant is still interested in the position. They would then move to texting the applicant. Communications with the recruiter are unprofessional as it is borderline harassment. They post jobs that look like normal full time permanent jobs and tell applicant on the phone after applying that the job is contract to hire. When asked about this during the interview, the hiring manager got hostile and promptly ended the call as if there was something to hide. Highly recommend to stay away from this employer. Even if you decided to move forward with them, they will only pay you roughly 45% of the market value.

TEKSystems - Federal Law Violators made up of ignorant recruiters and lazy executives.
This review is based on my historical experience with TEK Systems, dating back to Nov. 2012, when TEKSystems first solicited their pseudo promises of resources, seeking information from me about my 'goals' and my resume. Based on their own admission, my information was rec***ed in TEK Systems database for future marketing purposes, some of which might include s*****g my contact information to spam marketing entities.

What I, as well as others in my circle of trade professionals, is that TEK Systems aren't interested in actually placing clients in permanent positions; rather they are interested in assembling a pool of qualified candidates that they can outsource to one of the clients that they've somehow managed to build a relationship with. This began nearly a decade ago back in 2012 when I was contacted by "Claire A*****" c ******* at teksystems.com was 'phishing' for information to build her TEK System database. Needless to say, once Claire A***** collected my information, she was never heard from again. Two years later, another TEK Systems 'recruiter' (Morgan B***** m b***** at teksystems.com) contacted me to offer me "great opportunities." However, when challenged on the specifications of these "great opportunities," she disappeared like a kitchen roach when the lights come on. The solicitation didn't end there. Then one year later, I learned that Morgan B***** had handed off my contact information to "Sam" L******. He too made promises of "great opportunities" and requested that I send him my 'latest' resume. I did, but ironically, he disappeared like a kid on a milk carton. One year later, and here comes another creepy TEK Systems 'recruiter' by the name of Arieon F*** a f*** at teksystems.com. After asking for my 'latest resume,' I created a variable resume that featured another name. I have seen a steady stream of emails from recruiters referencing my planted variable name in their greeting. This is evidence that perhaps TEK Systems either sold my contact information to other spammers or so-called 'job agencies' OR TEK Systems had stored my information and their web security was breeched. Either is both unacceptable to my profession and my candidacy.

In October of 2021, another leech by the name of Jessica C******* j ec******* at teksystems.com wanted to "touch base" to see what my goals were for the year and phish for information to add to her unprotected database.

I was contacted by an inefficient HR representative named Lyndsay Hamlin who made a startling confession: She had never read the "CAM-Spam Act of 2003" and though TEKsystems are in constant violation of this law by sending spam mail disguised as 'job opportunities' which do not exist. However, Hamlin stated that "(I) don't believe we are in violation of the law." Idiot.

The common denominator that exists with all of these TEK System 'recruiters' aside from their ZERO % success rate of placing a professional PMP, CSM, and PMI-ACP project manager in any position, is the fact that every TEK System recruiter's email are in violation of Federal Law. As a real estate law expert, I have studied the CAM-Spam Act of 2003 extensively and this company is in violation of the act because their recruiters do not include an 'opt-out' / 'unsubscribe' option to their solicitation, as required by the Federal Law. Failure to comply, just FYI, is a $44,000 fine per instance. Luckily here in Florida, the state has an Internet Crime Center that seeks and finds habitual violators, and fines them in acceptance to US Federal Law.

I asked Jessica C******* how does she feel working for a company that violates Federal Law and might be s*****g candidate's personal information, and have a ZERO% success rate placing professional project managers like myself? Jessica silently slid back under the mangy carpet of which she came.

Accepting to Webster's Dictionary, a street procurer is defined as "an agent for prostitutes who collects part of their earnings. The procurer may receive this money in return for advertising services, physical protection, or for providing, and possibly monopolizing, a location where the prostitute may engage clients." I ask, what is the difference between a street procurer and the methods of TEK Systems?

      Highly UNrecommended.
