I needed the floors in my home to be even, so I hired Eric ********* to install new joices and beams in the kitchen and dining room and living room and hallway and bathroom and also do electrical work. The electrical work was to include putting outlets in each room, the wiring that he used was not up to code for the outside and was shotty work at that. He also tore up the walls and the baseboards more than he had to. The floors in the hallway are still not level and the wood he used in the dining room was just pieces put together. I had asked from the beginning for a contract or receipt of the money I gave him. He insisted on Cash and would also go to the bank with me to get paid. I told him not to finish the job when I realized he was just milking me for money and not doing the job correctly. I made up an excuse to stop the job. He was supposed to be working on my house and would take off to do other jobs leaving me with just a mess in my home. He also threatened to sue me and use people from my past to win his case which has no bearing on the work he was doing. I just had a flood in my house and when they tore up the flooring, they noticed that it was not done properly. The wiring in the attic is such a mess I had to have someone come in and fix that also. I just asked him to produce a contract which he didn't until he said he was taking me to court. That contract I never seen until I told him he was done. I never signed it as well, plus the first contract was on a small piece a tablet not one that a ligament contract would give you. I want the money back that I gave him for this job he should not be doing business.
