Business ProfileforTri County Service Bureau

This may be premature at this moment but I'm having a serious issue with Tri-County Service Bureau. I have apparently been in collections with this company since February 2022. I have received NO correspondence what so ever from Tri-County Service Bureau in an attempt to collect the debt that is owed. No phone calls, no emails, no physical mail letting me know that I even had this debt. The only way that I discovered that this debt even existed was a hit to my credit report dropping my score 51 points. After speaking with ***** and getting the contact information for this creditor I called the company immediately in an attempt to pay this debt that is owed I called at 4:24 PM on Monday, September 12, 2022 after realizing that the business was closed and not sure if I was able to leave a voicemail because phone rings continuously then I assume that it goes to a voicemail but there is no indication of whether it is actually a voicemail, there is no recording indicating the business that you reached or any indication as to why the call has been missed. I opted to call the following day, Tuesday, September 13, 2022, the company website indicates that their business hours are 8AM to 4PM Monday-Friday, based on that information, I called first at 8:47 AM - not fully sure if this call went through due to the lack of voicemail, I called again immediately after 8:48 AM and I left my information following the beep assuming that I left a voicemail. I called again at 9:46 AM, no answer. Again at 10:46 AM, no answer. Finally again at 12:21 PM, no answer. I finally opted to call ***** to see if they provided me with the correct contact information or if there was any additional information that they could provide me to get in contact with the company, they instructed me to send a message through the website, which I did at around 12:35 PM. I have heard nothing! I have never had an issue such as this EVER, I need to pay this debt and have it removed from my credit ASAP.
