    Several months ago we had Boothes come in for a routine check up. Our toilets were perfectly fine but they claimed our toilets needed a new system (***********). They installed and since the installation we have had nothing but issues. We had countless of their workers come out and claimed they fixed the problem but nothing was fixed. The last straw came when our toilet over flowed and flooded out bathroom and basement. They sent out a manager who figured out that the system they put in was not compatible with our toilets (which were old but worked fine). They claimed the only fix is to install new toilets. Our toilets are still not running correctly and are now effecting our water bill. We have paid 50/60 more a month due to running water. We are constantly having to shut the flap manually after we use a toilet. We are refusing to pay for new toilets when they have taken full responsibility in that the system they installed was not correct. We are asking that they come out and install three new toilets (in which they installed fluidmasters in). Since they are responsible for creating a problem where there was no problem, I believe they should fulling fix the problem they created.

    I had a 20 seer Diakin variable speed system installed July 2 2021. Since than it has been a nightmare. I have had them come out to service the system 15 to 20 times since installed. The reasons are no air flow, the system will not turn off when the temperature is reached according to the set temperature on the thermostats. What looked like a beautiful install with duct work needing to be done now looks like a cookie cutter. The salesmen said it need a bypass installed with my old system had a 8 inch bypass he insisted it needed a 12 inch byoass and a return vent installed at the bottom. Well they decided to take out the return vent and put a patch on it because it was getting to much air. Back in the last 3 or 4 months they decided the 12 inch bypass was too large so they took it out and put patches in it's place. They also moved some probes on the duct and they patched they holes with aluminum duct tape. Now the install looks like someone took a cookie cutter to the duct work. My kilowatts used since installed has risen significantly to where my electric bill has more than doubled compared to when I had the old system. I went from a 16 seer multiple speed to a 20 seer variable speed system. It has been 2 weeks now and they say the compressor and some sensors have gone and needed to be replaced. My old system work fine for 17/18 years and my new system is only 2 years 4 months old is a lemon and they can't get it straight. Meanwhile I have no HEAT.
