Wish I could say I got to experience their actual “service”, but their customer service in and of itself spoke volumes to us. We were given 4 different estimates by 4 different people in a 3 day span. It’s like 1 person doesn’t know what the others are doing. The first time I tried to call, I was given a survey for the representative I spoke to, without ever having been connected to anyone. 2 of the 4 representatives we spoke to were so incredibly rude. Never never again.

I do not recommend. I had a great experience with Ehrlich about 15 years ago. In 2024, it’s not the same. I hired them a month ago to provide pest control (mice), paid in full, had 1 visit from a tech, then next appointment was a no-show. When I called, no one knew what was going on. Apparently the following next 2 visits were canceled and no one bothered to call me. I was told I’d get a call to reschedule, and…nothing. I called to reschedule, the rep couldn’t schedule two appointments and the system showed that my warranty ends before I’ve even had complete and paid for service. So I’ve paid in full $500 for services not rendered. This makes no sense. Apparently, there are no techs in my area, but they are still taking people’s money.

Total reap off. Installed whole termite system and bought the maintenance service. Which supposed to check the baits quarterly. After three wears of having these service we just found termite damage and activity in the basement. Ask someone else to check baits and all were untouched. Asked before about termite activity and they said they were no signs of termite activity at all. However, we found termite. Definitely will not use nor recommend this company again Do not waste your money. Ana S

As an existing customer, I reported a wasp infestation on Sunday, told them I was bit by wasps, and unable to approach trash can because aggressive wasps nested close by. Have to store trash bags in garage in the summer heat - imagine the smell.
Received promises they will come out but they did not even after three calls with a local office and one with a representative of a distric management Melissa W***** (last name spelling might be wrong. Her extension is *****). As of Thursday - no response.

I called a number on a web site that did not have Ehrlich's name, but listed as a local pest company. The line was answered by an Ehrlich representative. I explained that while I was on vacation, an employee checking on the house told me there was a flea infestation. I wanted that taken care of, plus rat abatement since they were the likely source of fleas. The person who got my address quoted me a price to handle the problem which I paid. The program would consist of the initial treatment with a follow up. My employee met the exterminator who spent some time working in my house spraying for fleas, but did nothing for the rat problem. I called the same representative, who told me that the rat abatement would be part of the program when the follow up occurred. The follow up consisted of an exterminator spraying a can of bug spray in my house and leaving, spending about 15 minutes time. I then called the rep and got no response about the fact that I di not get what I was promised and paid for. I contacted Ehrlich through their website. Person said she would talk to the person handling my job and get back to me. I never heard back. To this date, no emails, follow ups have been received. After reading reviews in more than one site, this seems to be a common problem with Ehrlich Pest control.
