Theodore gave false predictions on prospects business and charged $500 for an unethical consultation while driving in his vehicle, and lost contact with prospect because of driving through dead zones which prevented the prospect to clearly understand the process of Theodore's consultation. when prospect clearly stated they were paying for tax help on business tax. Theodore assumed prospect needed help with business practices, false accused prospect of forming their business incorrectly due to his mis understanding of what the business was opened for. Prospect paid for tax prep help but was bated and switched to business consultations which, in the opinion of prospect, was an unethical $500 pricy move. JUST UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. And requests that Theodore properly fixes the price and return the balance to assist business owner in regaining GOOD FAITH TRUST in Teddy the tax man.
