No one is returning my call regarding overpayments and billing concerns or issues. The office is unorganized and always has different explanations and no resolutions. They are not clear with charges and insurance payments and patient differences. They dont answer the phone or return voicemails. There is no management or procedures in place that is transparent to the patient when it comes to the billingInitial Complaint

I started ********** with this office and because of their turn over my treatment lapsed. The customer service is terrible so I do not want to continue here. I asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten one. In addition, I was incorrectly quoted for treatment and I’m still being billed for this.Initial Complaint

I had a few unpleasant experiences with Neibaurer Dental Care in Hyattsville in November and December. I decided to use another dentist to complete the dental work I needed. In January a receptionist called me to reschedule an appointment they had cancelled. I explained that I had already completed the work with another dentist and the this appointment was no longer needed. I also shared my experience as to why I changed dentist. Last week around 3/10 or 3/11 I received a call from Neibaurer Dental Care in Hyattsville stating I had an appointment on Tuesday 3/15 in which I do not recall making. The receptionist confirmed the appointment for Tuesday morning around 10am from what I recalled. Today I came in at 10am and was informed that my appointment was at 12pm. I asked could they get me in early and was told unfortunately I would need to come back a noon. When I came back at noon the same person told me my appointment was at 2:20. She clearly had me confused with another Robinson who was there at the time also. The manager watched from a distance and did not intervene. The young lady was unapologetic. I told her I could not do 2:20pm and to cancel the appointment. I called and asked to speak to a manager who would not come to the phone. I was told she would call me back. As of now it is the end of the business day and no one has returned my call. Please have someone call me concerning this incident.
