The attached PDF files has emails and a photo in reverse order from May 4, 2023 to July 12. 2023. 1. On May 4, 2023 an unknown neighbor left a trash can on my drive pad blocking my entrance into my garage, I have physical disabilities, 2. Rather than just move the extra trash can to somone's else drivepad, I contacted my HOA who contacted our waste management company, WB Waste Solutions, Maryland Headquarters, **** ***** ******, Capitol Heights, MD *****, ###-###-#### to remove the misplaced bin. I sent a picture of the lady moving the trash bin on my drive pad. 3. WB Waste removed the wrong bin and (they removed my trash bin) left a Recycle Only trash bin. I do not use the Recycle Only bin and the misplaced trash bin left behind by the unknown neighbor is not one of the bins from which WB Waste collects trash. 4. I have repeatedly asked that my trash bin be replaced and as of July 12, 2023, it has still not been replaced. 5. If I leave trash in my persoanl bin, WB Waste will not collect it. 6. I have received at least five commitments from WB Waste since my trash can was mistakenly removed with specific dates when my trash bin would be replaced (please see the details in reverse date order in the attached PDF file), but none of the commitments have been kept. 7. I pay for Waste Management Services but have not had consistent services for the past four (4) weeks. 8. Specifc details are in the attached PDF file.Business response

We are very sorry for the mix up that caused the removal of the incorrect trash bin. We made several attempts to deliver a new one and our delivery person was unable to locate the correct address in the development but did not notify anyone. During this time, we also made some changes to the staff and that transition stalled the process we had in place, consequently holding up the delivery. We have rectified this situation and delivered the bin. We do apologize for any inconvenience to the customer.
