      David's business was hired to install a hood for the restaurant on August 29th, 2022, David B***** received two checks in the total of $ 5,200.00 to perform the job. The installation was planned for September 23rd, the contractor did not show up and stopped the communication with the partners at the restaurant. In the month of October, David contact ********** ********** and informed that due to a family emergency was sending someone to else to install the hood, noting this was already a month after the fact/contract. The month of November 13th there was no installation or tentative to correct or resolve the hood installation issue, causing us to delay the opening of the restaurant. David has a contractor named ***** ******, that was paid another $ 950.00 to install the metal wall for the hood, the service was performed, however *** ****** has the parts that can finalize the job of the hood installation and refuses to finish the service due to the instruction of Mr. David dismissal and lack of professionalism and duty of his obligations to customers. He has taken money from our business and is not responding to any request of refund or installation of the hood at this time. I want the refund or the completion of the service, we have lost a lot of money for his lack of respect and lack of decency to his customers, many people complaint and never filled a complaint and he continues to fraud people with this type of behavior. I want the refund of any money paid to him and to ****************.

      I hired a hood installer on August 29th to install a hood and paid $5200 for a hood and parts. The installation was suppose to take place on September 23rd. The contractor did not show and stopped returning my calls. In October the contactor called and told me he had a family issue and was sending someone to install the hood. Today is November 13th and we can locate the contractor or did he delivered the equipment we purchased from him. We would like our money returned.

      Date: October 2, 2021 Amount: $1,900.00 This business stated they will install a grease hood and a concession window on my enclosed trailer. I paid him $1,900 as a deposit to pay for the material. He would arrive on October 14, 2021 to do the install and I would pay him the remaining $2,000 for the install. He has since, not replied to any of my phone calls or text messages. I want him to return my money or do the install.
