On 28 April 2022, was invited to the Washington Commanders Draft Night by Mr. ******* ****. Once inside venue I had to register at the club level as a potential season ticket purchaser. After we, (my Wife, two Grandkids, my son and myself), met Mr. ***** he immediately took us outside to show us available seats. I then remained him that the Grandkids were hungry and they wanted to eat. We was told this wouldnt take long and he ensured us that the kids would get something to eat afterward. On the outside we viewed a couple of seating area and chose two seat up front which Mr. **** stated were priced at $312 a seat for seven months. I said let us take a minute to think about. This is when Mr. **** attempt to make an upsell by suggesting us to buy 4 seats. We said no and I told my Son that if he can afford a seat he can purchase his owns. We took the labels off the two seats and Mr. **** led us inside to pay. After I registered with the cashier on the sales team and my card was charged $627.57 and we had to pay $627.57 for an additional 6 Months, Mr. **** disappeared. We received no receipt, sales and term of agreement and conditions. The next day, I called at 10:39 AM and spoke to a representative; stated my intention to cancel my purchase; she transferred me to **************. I explained my reason for the cancellation and the fact that I havent received a receipt, tickets, or any term of this sale or policies on cancellations. He stated that he had just sent that information to my email and attempted to sell me cheaper seats as compensation. I refused and simply requested a refund of the charged amount of $627.57. He then stated that there was no refund because that is *** policy and immediately attempted to sell me cheaper seats. Again I refused and requested a refund and stated that if I knew about the terms and conditions of this sale or *** Policy, I would have never made this purchase. This violate the cooling-off rule as set by the ***
