  Highly unprofessional conduct by owner and employees. While we don't have proof, we believe that one of the employees stole a package that was delivered to us the day they were there. The FedEX driver confirmed delivery of the item when she delivered the replacement and stated the workers were there at the time. We have lived at our home for 36 years and have never had anything stolen from us. I don't think it is a coincidence that it disappeared when they were there. When reporting this to the owner, he became belligerent and hung up the phone. When confronted in person, he walked away, refusing to discuss the issue. We would like to have the package returned or get reimbursed for the $61 that we spent on it. His workers also drove over the neighbor's yard twice, leaving shallow ruts. We even asked them not to after the first time. They also used materials from a garage kit that we had laying nearby to hold down the tarp. Why didn't they bring their own materials to do this? Also, a worker used our blower without permission to blow the leaves off of the concrete pad. They left materials here that need to be retrieved and I am not comfortable at all with them setting foot on our property again if we are not here. We are very dissatisfied with the lack of respect to ourselves and our property. We will never recommend them for any jobs.

My employees did not steal the owner's package, and the owner admits that he has no evidence that they did. Owner's filing of this complaint seems like a cynical attempt to extort $61 from a small business that performed its job well. If the owner believes the package is missing, he should contact the delivery service for resolution. Instead, the owner has engaged in harassing and inappropriately messaging me, but I will not pay him for a package that my employees did not take. Gary F. It is more about the lack of professionalism and respect for our property. Using a homeowner's materials without permission is unacceptable. If you provided your employees with the proper tools and equipment, this would not have been necessary.
