I ordered dentures in October 2023. The dentures required multiple steps including getting an impression of my teeth, matching the color to my natural teeth, testing for fit, and then delivery. The office was never able to match my tooth color or fit. Subsequently I was hospitalized a couple of times. at this times. At this point, I don't have the dentures and would like to get a refund.Business response

I have been trying to get my permanent dentures for over a year, Every time I go they tell me somethings wrong and they will call and reschedule me. I called this morning and once again was placed on hold and was greeted by someone who sighed when I said my name. I held and finally got tired and hung up. This place is horrible with getting back to someone. I have bent over backwards to get these dentures. They wanted their money upfront... Now I want my teeth.Customer response

I asked for copies of all the paperwork, I was denied this information. Is it time retain an attorney since they are not responding ?Business response

The last appt of the patient was in Dec 2023. I have tried personally to contact patient through mobile phone, landlines phone and email.
I had no knowledge of the patient having a problem. The patient was given my personal contact information at last appointment if any concerns. Please advise patient to contact me personally so this can be resolved.
