Akehurst Landscaping, continues. to destroy my pavement lights, leaves debris and trash in my walkway. Blows grass and trash on the lot next to my home. They cut the right side of lot but doesn't cut the left side of lot. They have left broken tree branches on the thruway for 2mths now. I have tried to speak to landscaper, who ignores me. I reached out to Akehurst landscaping, but no one was able to help me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/10/03) */ The property manager at a nearby property asked us to mow the property which she said was owned by the city and had not been mowed in awhile. We mowed it several times until the homeowner asked us to stop mowing the site. The complainant contacted our office on September 14th 2022 and she received an immediate response from our area Manager at approximately 1:45pm that afternoon. Our manager for the area spoke with the homeowner and told her we would stay away. We received another phone call from the homeowner a few days later saying we were mowing again using a lawn mower we do not utilize in that area. It was not Akehurst, but rather another vendor for Baltimore City. The homeowner continued to blame us for mowing and blowing trash on her property. She sent us photos complaining of trash. Upon our receipt of the photos, there was no trash in the photos other than a leaf on her sidewalk which did not indicate trash on her property.
