Lee at Budget Movers provided me with a quote for a rush move job I had as I was moving out of state. I specifically stated all items and the multiple drop of locations and necessary particulars for this move and received a quote. We booked the job and the morning of the job I received a call that they needed to move up my time by 2 hours. I was on my way to an appointment and would not be able to accommodate them and Lee was very rude about how this was not his problem. After adjusting my morning for their PROBLEMs with a truck, I arrive at the first location to meet with them and review how I wanted things loaded to simplify the unloading process for them at the other locations. Lee looked at the job and said we can't do this today. We need multiple men and more hours. All of this was in the quote so I was absolutely furious as I am making an out of state move and did not have more time to change this schedule. They had been given all of the details of the move ahead of time and I can tell you I was so upset as I had not little time to figure this out. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. It was the most frustrating and pathetic experience I have ever had with a vendor. I would have given them a zero star but it do not offer that on this review.Review from DAWN R

It was the worst move that my family has ever experienced and we have moved quite often. They did not finish the move leaving a ton of items at our house. We had to get another mover because we had to get out of the house. They refused to come to our house prior to the move to see what we had but said they would be able to move everything. They were very hostile towards us and we are considered disabled. They told us we could put things in bags and then rudely during the move changed their minds to boxes.They were very dishonest during the process. We will never use them again. A real nightmare.

My name is Rick I am the manager that was on ms dawns move. Everything that was said in this review is not true other than the fact that we couldn't fit it all. We brought out 2 trucks one was supposed to be for the house and rhe second was supposed to be overflow for the house as well as her storage. We were unable to gdt her stoarge bin because she had way over her estimates amount of boxes and bags. Her inventory lost accounted for 40 boxes or bags on the day of the move she head 3q3 total boxes and bags. We were never hostile towards ms dawn. She called our office hostility because we were taking a long time. However we were always polite to her and her family. Her sister and nephew we apologizing to us that she was unprepared and the amount she had to move. We made every attempt to get everything possible that we could. When we arrived at the unload the amount of boxes and bags she had completely filled a brand new 2 car garage from front to back floor to ceiling. We are not wrong in this instance ms dawn herself was apologizing to me when we unloaded sayingnshe is sorry for her actions she was just upset how long it was taking us and then I explained to her the amount of boxes and bags she has and even she admitted that there was no way to her to accurately estimate how many bags she would have so this review if not the truth. I have photos of her garage if needed to show that we are not lying .
