I PURCHASED A VEHICHLE FROM HERE ON MAY 24, 2019 AND RETURNED IT ON MAY 27, 2019. DUE TO NOT BEING MADE AWARE THE VEHICLE WAS A SALAVAGE TITLE AND HE KNOWS HE NEEDED TO DISCLOSE THAT TO ME. (OWNER, MR. BILL) I CANCELLED THE INSURANCE. THE MVA IS SHOWING I OWE FINES ON THE VEHICLE FOR 7/1/2019-9/1/2019 ALTHOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED HARD TAGS SINCE I TURNED THE VEHICLE IN. HE RESOLD THE VEHICLE ON 9/1/2019 ACCORDING TO MVA RECORDS, SO I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR INSURANCE ON A VEHICLE THAT WAS FOR SALE ON HIS SALES LOT. I NEED A LETTER STATING THAT TO THE MVA TO REMOVE THE FINES. I HAVE CALLED DAILY SINCE 1/25/23 AND THE OWNER IS STATING THAT THE SECRETARY IS NOT IN THE OFFICE OR NOW SHE IS OUT SICK AND HE CAN'T WRITE THE LETTER WITHOUT HER. I JUST WANT THE LETTER FROM HIM. I DID NOT REPORT HIS "SHADY" BUSINESS PRACTICES TO ANYONE. THE MVA CASE NUMBER IS ******** AND THE FAX NUMBER TO THE MVA IS ###-###-#### OR I CAN PICK THE LETTER UP.
