      I placed an order on 2/25/24 and I have not received it. I sent a message two weeks ago, and still haven't received a reply. I feel like this "company" is a scam.

      Placed an order on 8/30/23 and received the wrong item. Have called and emailed multiple times with no response. Do not recommend.

      Placed an order 2 months ago and paid. I have not received my order. I’ve called multiple times with no answer. I’ve emailed them twice with no response!

      Placed an order on 12-5-22. I have e- mailed twice with no response. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Do not order from them! Scam!!!

      Sent customer email to let them know that mfg was struggling to get this product off production line and there would be a delay in shipping her order out.
      Spoke to customer to let her know that we just received more of the product from the mfg.
      We did not charge her order until we are ready to ship her order out.
      Her order will be shipped out tomorrow and she will receive an email with a paid receipt and tracking number.
      She is satisfied with her order and our response..

      I placed my order (Order: *******) three weeks ago tomorrow. I have emailed this company multiple times, and filled out an inquiry form on their website, simply trying to obtain an update on my order. I wish I had seen all the other BBB reviews before placing my order.

      3 weeks of chasing and not a single response. Regardless of how they respond to this BBB complaint, clearly based on what I see here, this is how they are allowed to carry out business. Very sad.

      Refund or product delivery at this point?

      I called Spice Place today regarding my order of Sept. 18. They were very responsive and explained the issues involved in the delay. They indicated they had not charged my account (which they had not), that they were working closely with ********** and would forward the product as soon as they had access.
      Since every other source I attempted indicated "not in stock" I'm assuming this is a ********* issue more than a Spice Place issue.
