We selected GW Renovations, LLC to renovate a kitchen and bathroom on 2/15/2022. The approximate start date was 4/18/2022 and the approximate completion date is 5/16/2022 per contract. The actual start date was 4/25/2022. We have spoken with Jeff G**** in regards to our renovation and the lack of progress on numerous occasions. He did tell us that numerous items were back ordered and we completely understood. However, as time went by Jeff G**** assured us that in the coming weeks our project would be completely done. The workmanship from afar looks good. As you begin to look closer at the details we have concerns. To date Jeff has missed 7 completion dates and has failed to give us any date of completion. He also told me that a few items have not come in from the cabinet company. According to the other owner of the company, Jeff is very forgetful and has mentioned that other homeowners are kind of in the same situation as us. I did mention to Jeff on 7/19/2022 that I would be contacting the BBB and the state contractures licensing board or commission. He responded to me that he has every intention to complete the project and to do what I need to do as far this complaint is concerned, At this point we have no idea if he is coming back to finish the job or if we need to hire someone else. He has not been very truthful with us throughout this process and we have brought this to his attention. We have spoken to another client of Jeff's that had their home renovated by Jeff's company and they have voiced the same amount if not more complaints as we have. I am not certain but they have mentioned taking legal action against GW Renovations, LLC. We also told Jeff G**** that we wanted this process as smooth as possible for the following reasons: my father-in-law is on hospice and I am being treated for multiple sclerosis. To date everything is stable.
