    My car was repossessed (stolen) by Fed Choice. I say stolen because I had made the following recent payments:2 weeks ago - $1950.00 Earlier - $1,100.00 Earlier - $200.00 My payments were up to date. The next due date is August 25, 2024. My car was repossessed just a few minutes after I was in the Fed Choice to take care of a credit card discrepancy. I have made a police report. The two people that have been giving me a hard time are ****** and *******. They do not want to take my payments and when they do they do not post them correctly. I believe the result of their wrong posting resulted in the repossession. I was never told or sent a letter stating they would repossess my car. I went to their attorney's office but they did not want to work with me. You can call me at ************ for more details and to let me know what you can do for me. I will accept a call from you or ***** ****, but not from ******* ******. Whatever you can do to help me get my car back ASAP will be greatly appreciated. FedChoice Credit Union has placed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my credit report, which is strange because...I NEVER filed a number 7 bankruptcy!!.I was not behind in my payments, so there was no reason to repossess the car. So, it was actually stolen by Fed Choice Credit Union who had it wrongfully repossessed. At least three different people (*****, **, and ******) told me that my account was in good shape. I was told this on the very day they had my car towed. I DO NOT OWE $32,000. There were times when I payed my car note twice.

    My complaint is against Fed Choice. I have been locked out of my account for ten days for reasons I was only just told about and which I do not at all understand. Now for two days, the people I am talking to cannot fix the problem; they call, say "do this, do that, now it will work." But I am still l locked out. This account has the bulk of my discretionary moneys and it's a lot. If this is not resolved by *** today, I will be closing this account, which I opened in 2003.
