      I placed an order with this company which I do Atleast once a week. There have been a few times where my order wasn’t delivered and I had to call my bank to dispute the charge but on this day I had HAD ENOUGH! 4/5/23 I PLACED AM ORDER FOR FOOD THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. Mind you I ordered from this place at least once a week and the delivery drivers usually call me when they’re about to arrive because one of them is scared of my dog so he’ll call me to let me know that he’s here and he’s coming up the steps so after about an hour of waiting, I decided to call to see when I wanna watch and they told me it was delivered which was a lie. I called the restaurant, and then Manager was very rude and very ignorant as he always is telling me that it’s been delivered and even said “ if you don’t like our service so much, why do you order from us?” Which really infuriated me because how dare you say that to someone who’s patronizing your business I went back-and-forth and he called the driver, but I know for a fact, the driver never delivered the food. He said the driver told him that he gave it to someone outside well, that doesn’t mean you gave it to us. The manager is very rude and hasn’t talk to me like this in a demeaning way several times, which is why I had had enough and decided to come here and file a complaint. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE U ARE RESPECTED! Do not patronize this business!

      The manager said he was going to send a $20 credit and when I said I set up my account he never responded. I think they did it just so they can say that they resolved the issue

      On Friday, March 11, 2022, we placed a deliver order. The cheesesteak sub we received order #****** was burnt. My brother called Pizza Boli's and they picked up the burnt sub and replaced it with a new sub. The replacement sub had 1/4 of the meat the first sub had, so I call Pizza Boli's back immediately. The manager said he would have the driver come back and pick up the sub and refund us our money. We expected the drive to come back soon since he had just left. However, the driver never returned. I called Pizza Boli's the next day, spoke to the manager, who confirmed the order and said throw the sub away, he already refunded our money. When I told him I did not see the refund, he asked that I give it a few days for the refund to show up. Today, March 19, 2022, I called the manager and told him the refund was still not showing up. He said, we where on the no deliver list because customer complaint and meat cost too much to refund. No refund.For over the past almost 2 years, we have been ordering pizza weekly from Pizza Boli's and NEVER expected the manager to lie and treat us this way. We do not desire to order from a business that treats their customers unfair. However, I want a refund!
