On 12/22/2021 I had All the Way Movers move me from my home to another. This was the second time I had used them. They did an outstanding job the first time, didn't break anything. Just didn't put the bed frame together correctly.This time, I had boxes and furniture and this is the same furniture they moved in this home they were moving out. I have an antique desk that is almost 40 years old. They wrapped it in plastic and some how when it got to the new home the pull out drawer that you can place the key board on was broken and the cover was under the roll top. Unfortunately, I didn't open this before the movers left and had signed the paperwork. I found my night stands & dressers scratched. I attempted for several days by phone and text to reach the company with no results. Finally when I said BBB they called back. There decision was I signed the paperwork saying everything was okay.This job that was going to be $800.00 cost over $1100.00 and everything didn't get moved as they didn't have a big enough truck and wanted me to pay for another trip at$149.00/hour. I requested that they take the heavy items and I would move the lighter ones. Of course the heavy glass and boxes were left.Just follow-up carefully before you sign anything. Take pictures of before and after of your furniture as they tried to tell me my furniture was scratched and it was not, and my desk was not broken.
