I went to the urban air in laurel as usual and the eomplyee there told me to just get a membership and he will help me set up. So I let him use my phone and set it up. The membership has a mistake . The membership was for another state NC and not MD . I have told the cooperate office several time to cancel and transfer the membership. Even laurel Md called cause he made the mistake with my phone. The corporate refuses to cancel the membership they made a mistake with and continues to charge me money for a membership I can’t even use. They owe several months of $18 totaling over 100.00 in fees and cost . I spoke to several people theree **** ***** who said he is not responding no more and I can either buy a new one or tuff. I want this company to pay for what they did cause it was their fault . Their employee made the mistake .Business response

I recently had my daughters 2nd birthday with this establishment. I must say, this was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had and my oldest child is 14. So that means I’ve been having parties at many different places, yearly. Upon entry to the establishment, I requested that our food order be put in because the children were hungry. Over an hour and half later and the food still was never put in. While awaiting the food, my friends and I went into the line to place an order for other food items. While standing in line, I was burned by a large, silver tin cabinet that had no caution or hot sign anywhere near it. When I expressed this to a manager he stated they were unable to place a sign on it because it would only burn since the item gets so hot. Having this knowledge they still have this equipment out in the open for not only children to get burned but also the parents that come anywhere near it as well. Next, my food was finished that I ordered while we waited for the party order. The manager proceeded to grab the items for me and bring them to the party room. While she gathered the trays ( it was three of them) my Chicken fell out of one of the trays. After looking over her should to see if I was there, she then picked the chicken up with her bare, unwashed hands and put it in back into the tray. I allowed her to walk it to the room just to see if she would really serve me dirty now contaminated food and she did. The manager overheard me discussing this with my party guests and she then decided to pull me to the side. She apologized and offered a 10% discount and to make my food over. Being a nurse, I am so disappointed and disgusted with this behavior. This only makes me think how many times this has been done without people knowing. I will never have another party with this establishment as long as I live. I even asked for a higher manager and was refused this communication.Initial Complaint

I am sending this letter to request an Urban Air Adventure Park early membership termination due to negative experiences at their establishment. My family and I experienced disparaging, racist comments at the Urban Air Adventure Park facility located at ******************, Laurel, MD **********, on August 9, 2021. I have a year-long membership that is still in effect for approximately nine more months, and I want to cancel this membership. I called the Urban Air facility on September 10, 2011, at ************ and spoke to ****** who referred me to his corporate office to cancel my membership. I called the Urban Air corporate office on September 10, 2011, at ************ and spoke to *********, who acknowledged my negative experience but refused to cancel my membership.
