You won't be sorry if you order your game room needs from Game Room Shop. Their products are top-of-line and their prices are always the lowest. I recently purchased an Ultra VP virtual pinball machine from them. It is the finest and highest quality vpin you can get. Annie in customer service and the whole team was very attentive and made me feel like the most highly valued customer they had. They will answer all your questions honestly and quickly. They are always friendly and patient with me, understanding that these are large purchases for most people. They always kept in touch and gave me updates as my order was being processed. I can't speak highly enough about Game Room Shop and the outstanding way they conduct business. My pinball machine arrived quickly, in perfect shape and I couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong buying from this company. Do some internet research and you'll find numerous glowing reviews. I challenge you to find a negative one. Take the leap, you'll be glad you did.

Game Room Shop gets my vote for a great business! I ordered a large electronic dartboard cabinet (floor-standing model). Dylan followed up on the product questions I sent in right away, and after I placed the order, he stayed in touch almost daily with shipping updates. He has always responded promptly to any questions I had along the way as well. The Spider 360 2000 Series game arrived via freight delivery on a pallet and brought right into my garage as promised. The console was packaged expertly and in great shape. Setup was easy, and we are enjoying our new dart board immensely! If you are looking for quality game room equipment from a reputable source, I highly recommend Game Room Shop as your one stop shop!Game Room Shop Response

Game Room Shop was able to promptly and kindly help me. The item I ordered was delivered broken, twice. They replaced it both times. The third time it was delivered in perfect condition. I think the issue with the first two deliveries was due to poor packaging to protect the item in shipping.Game Room Shop Response
