Subject: Client: ********* ***** ID#: ********
To: [email protected] <[email protected]>To Whom it May Concern:In regards to ** ********* *****; my company simply filed her tax return as we've always done. Having said that, she contacted me saying that we used another account; and the funds went into another account as she hung up the phone. ** ***** did not even give me a chance to speak with her. I tried to explain to her that my company would never do that as that is a federal crime to steal clients money and we just don't operate that way. She has yet to hear from the IRS but we just simply filed her taxes the same exact way we've been doing it for the past two (2) years. In addition; my company uses a third party vendor called Refund Advantage as on the front of ** *****' return there is an account number there which is not her account number. Thus, the way REFUND ADVANTAGE does it is when you enter in a client's account number that account number will be in my back office in my tax software. The routing and account number on the face of the 1040 return ties to the Refund Advantage account and routing number. Hence, when the client gets their refund, the IRS sends the monies to the routing and account number on the front of the 1040 return; and then on the back end REFUND ADVANTAGE takes those funds and deposits those monies inside the clients routing and account number that i have in the back office of the tax software. Meanwhile, simultaneously "Refund Advantage will also take those funds and pay the tax preparers fees in result.I don't understand what's going on; because we have literally just filed her taxes as we have always done. There is no need for my company to steal from her or take funds from her; as again we do not operate that way and I do not gain anything by stealing from clients as I love helping clients solve problems as that's just who I am. I hope this message finds you well. Thanks Respectfully,******* **** | CEO | Tax PreparationDean Tax & Bookkeeping Services, LLC14625 Baltimore Ave Suite 816Laurel MD 20707E-Fax: (**** ********Office: ###-###-#### | **********************
