      I can not recommend Vytex windows to my followers. The windows are structurally sound and visually appealing, however; I replaced all of my windows 50+ and each one is 2" smaller than the ones replaced. Takes away from the look of the home. The largest window in conservatory, we told the contractor, not to install. Unfortunately we had to eat the cost of the most expensive window. Vytex would place blame on contractors, but the truth is, they need to update their extrusion process. Too much vinyl.........

With any replacement window installation, it is essential to consider that there will be a reduction in the glass area when compared to the original windows. This is a common characteristic of replacement windows across the industry. As part of the installation process, existing frames and sashes need to be removed, and the new windows are installed within the existing openings. This necessary adjustment can result in a reduction in glass space.

      We ordered 6 windows. The wait was a couple of months. When arrived, the crew saw that one glass was broken and installed the window anyway, saying that’s it is easier to just replace the glass later on. It was concerning, since the window was in a nursery room, and they just taped the cracks. Additionally, 2 screens were damaged and 1 was missing. When service arrived to replace a glass couple weeks later, the contractor had no idea about screens. So he took measurements AGAIN. It’s been 4 months since the last service. First time I called, they said that I need to wait more, second time I called, I had to leave a voice mail, and no one is calling back.

      I want to add that it has been 8 business days since Vytex corporation promised to give me a call, and no actions has been taken. Very disappointing.

      Vytex installed 7 windows in my home on April 14, 2022. Once the installer left I discovered they had not installed a screen in the bathroom window. I called and was told someone would be out the next week to install the screen but the date was changed and I was told they couldn't come until May 10, I didn't appreciate the delay thinking it was because of a busy schedule, plus I had a vacation planned during that time. However, Aaron called Monday, May 9, to reschedule, "because the screen won't be ready" When I called back was told the factory wouldn't have the screen ready until May 20. When I questioned why the screen wasn't installed with the others and the windows, I was told he didn't know. Long story short, after going back and forth with why was I told they would be right out to install them if they still had not been made.. Moving ahead, I was told a manager would contact me later that day or the next. Today is May 12 and I have not heard from Vytex. Also I stated I needed a morning appointment because I have an afternoon appointment but I was still told it would be between 8am and 5pm. I am very displeased with the treatment I received.

      I had my windows replaced in January 2021 by Window Nation and apparently they sell/use ***** Windows. In April of 2021, a major hail storm came through my area damaging the windows. The damage will be covered by my home owners insurance - all I need is ***** to give me a quote for the work, so I can get it approved and then pay them to fix it. My contractor has been working with them since May and I got involved in late July. Here we are mid-September and I still don't have a quote. The customer service from this company is terrible. If I could work with someone else and NOT void my warranty I would. I feel handcuffed in this situation and am incredibly frustrated. I would not recommend ***** to anyone. Zero stars, 0/10.

Customer service is something we pride ourselves on but we have not been immune to the staff shortages and delays that have presented themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, that is no excuse for your request not having been met until months later.

      Window Nation made our customer service team aware of the damage in July and the initial service appointment was set for August 6. It appears our service team had several questions regarding the scope of work that needed to be completed after the initial appointment which was the main source of the delays.

      We apologize for the frustration and delays you have experienced. That is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
