On November 4, 2023 my husband and I attended the 7pm show. We order 2 drinks a water, wings and loaded fries. After we never saw our waitress until it was time to leave at that point she handed the charge machine asked us to sign (no place to leave a tip that was skipped over I guess). I contacted Magoobys via ******** November 8th asking for a copy of my receipt which I finally got a reply back on December 1st,2023 with copies of receipts from older shows not the one I asked for, after asking again for my receipt from November 4th I was told to email someone which I did twice in a week and a half and got no response. I know extra money was added to my bill by the waitress because there is no way what we got came to almost $80.Business response

Thank you for reaching out regarding the complaint you received from Ms. ***** regarding her food and beverage bill from 11/04/23. Attached please find the itemized signed receipt. It is our position that Ms. ***** signed her receipt and never complained to her server or a manager about her bill prior to signing it. I reviewed the bill and it is fairly standard for two people to spend $80 on food and drinks in our venue. If she had items that were added to her bill that she did not consume and brought it to our attention prior to signing her bill and subsequently exiting we would have fixed it immediately. Based on this we do not believe she is owed any money. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.Initial Complaint

ON SATURDAY DEC 10 I WAS TREATED TO GO TO THE COMEDY SHOW TO SEE MS PAT. OK MY FRIEND ORDERED ME BUFFALO WINGS AND FIRES AND HE BROUGHT ME TO MARGARITAS HE HAD THE SAME NO BUFFALO SAUCE AND A SODA. LATER ON IN THE SHOW I STOPED THE WAITRESS AND TOLD HER I WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR A MARGARITA WITH MY CARD ONLY TO SEE THE NEXT DAY THAT SHE CHARGED ME 83.76 FOR A DRINK WHITCH WAS CRAZY I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES NO RETURNED CALL THEN I CALLED BK WEDNESDAY 14 TH THEY BLOCKED ME AND WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY XXX-XXX XXXX AND BY THE WAY MY FRIENDS CARD WAS CHARGED FOR WHAT HE PAID FOR .i WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAINBusiness response
