The egregious matter I would like to discuss involves two Kia Dealerships. One in Timonium MD, and the other is Fallston MD. I started having electrical problems which lead to shifting and power failures. I made an appointment at kia fallston thinking timonium kia did faulty work. Made a service appointment diagnose problems I was having with shifting, electrical and loss of power when climbing a hill. When I drove into the service bay at fallston kia I was turned away by a service tech named matt. He said he had no service techs for my confirmed appointment. There is negligence on fallston kia for turning me away for my confirmed appointment. Then I had to be towed with my 2 year old child and left with a dangerous situation on the road. The tow driver advised me I wasn't the only one fallston kia customer that this happened to. . It's Kia's diligence to diagnose properly, and service timely. when appointments are made especially with a 2 year child. I need a service tech escalation manager to check back with these dealerships and find out who did the faulty work on my 2019 kia forte and also address the neglect of fallston kia and putting myself and child in harm's way by turning me away from service appointment. Me and my child could have been killed on the road. I will also be submitting a complaint to the better bus bureau, and contacting the east coast VP and the media department . No woman and child should never be put in this situation.
