I ordered from this site and get for over a year. When these items were ordered the port was backed up because of covid and in her multiple Facebook groups she kept siting this for the delay. I have her an inordinate amount of time and many, many private messages to resolve this. Due to waiting PayPal could only resolve the last order of 105.00. The other three are still not resolved and she has cut all contact with meInitial Complaint

I placed two orders online with Tenney Fiber Farm for wool and silk to spin during their 4th of July Sale in 2021. They indicated the orders would be shipped to us when they arrived. when Sept/October arrived and none of my orders had been sent to me I emailed and started emailing each month. In December they said they would refund and immediately in January I asked for a refund. I continued to email them asking about the status of the refund, they claimed they had to "move money from their farm account" to cover the refund and then they blamed another person who needed to make the refund. To date I have not received the refund from the two orders one on their website for $241.44 and the second that they asked me to pay through ****** for $125.90 grand total of $367.34. I contacted ****** for a refund and since it had been more than 6 months that I paid them no refund was possible through their company.Initial Complaint

I made two transactions for fiber during her sake in May 2021. The admin fir the group kept telling me I was on the list for my orders. I finally told them to cancel my orders and refund my money. Now she and her admin do not respond.
