To, Whom it may concern; In the month of jume I had notified ***** **** about the damages of my home. ***** ****s responded by sending a representative out to assess the damages. when the representative came out a showed him the damage to the second floor and then i showed him the basement sewage backup at which he told me that i would have to put in a second claim, which i did not know why because both instances happend at the same time. Then I entered a contract with Mr. Cornelius ******* of New Beginnings Restoration. He told me that he was the sole owner of the business, later on I found out that it was not true and all the paper work he had me sign was not legal; also a week before christmas ***** **** issued a chech in my Ms.*******. When we went to M&T bank he did not have proper identification to put the money in his account. While we were in the presents of the representative of M&T bank he ask the rep if Ms. ******* can write the check out to his wife April because she was a partner in the company; also there were monies deducted for items that his workers had damaged, because of his absence from the job site for 3 - 4 hours each time work was being done his workers did not know what to keep or throw away; also my son had to get a stewage unit in my son's name, Mr. ******* paid for the prior months but still owe for : 1 february and any future month until items are removed from storage unit. I spoke to Ms. ******* and she informed me that he told her he had done the pack in and pack out at which time i did not fully understand what it meant until she fully explained it to me. we had a big disagreement because he was obilgated to his friends and families that was not qualify nor had any license of certifications to do the work. i felt he was just using this job to have his friends and family to milk my insurance company by using unqualified, unlicensed, unexperience people to do work that they did not know anythig about, and he brought an under age child that should have be in school instead of working at my house. He informed Ms. ******* as well as myself that he will not be doing anymore work at my house because he stated that I destroye the air quality which is not true he lied because he was not able to make money from the subcontractors which were his friends. We should still be allowed to stay at the hotel. before january 31 Mr. ******* of new beginning contacted Ms ******* told her that i contaminated the air at my home which was not true. The consequences of this lie caused us to have to move out the hotel On January 31 2024, we nevered received a courtesy call about extended stay. My pregant daughter and her 2 sons moved in with her friend and I moved in with someone else. being in a stressful situation she delivered baby prematurely in the apartment with the aid of my 12 year old grand son. ?? Where she's currently residing the house is over crowded, I feel that we should not have been asked to leave because the contactor lied because i did not allow him to minipulate my insurance compy by hiring people not qualified to do the work to be completed your my insurance company not his but you took his word and I never received an e-mail or any notice in reference to an extended stay my stay so we had to leave on January 31, 2024. Mr. ******* violated the contract with his lies and deceit I feel that he should pay back all moneies that he has received thus far and is not receive 2 IN. anymore monies work has not been completed. I have repeatedly asked ***** **** Ms. ******* for a breakdown sheet of my contents which i have never received. If you have any questions please call me at ###-###-#### or email at ms*******[email protected]. Thank you. à copy has been sent out to the a Better Business Bureau, ***** ****,and Attorney General Office. sincerely; ******** ******* 12-19-24 ********* *******'
